The program and data to be collected is fully customizable to meet your specific needs in managing, inspecting, and maintaining your services. Integrating RFID technology and the power of GIS to map, collect, store, and share inspection records, maintenance records, precise mapping of the solar array and do this all in minutes. Decreasing labor costs and costly training, the program is a Windows-based survey form that can easily be accessed through an RFID reader and either on an Apple iOS or Android operating system.
Attaching an RFID tag to each asset (panel, turbine, or utility) allows it to be identified with an RFID reader, which opens a custom Survey123 form on any Apple or Android device. Teams can then easily complete field inspection or maintenance documentation, supporting photos, documents, notes, and individual sign-offs. Completed forms can be sent immediately or saved for later submission to the GIS platform. Once submitted, records are instantly available for supervisors and management via cloud-based access, enabling real-time oversight of mobile teams. Storing data in GIS creates a searchable, sortable database, supporting analysis and monitoring across all sites.
